I requested a refund on Septemat 10:28 am CST for the $99 spent to upgrade my parent discoveryk12 account. Please view our terms of service here: /Terms/ Customers can manage their subscriptions through PayPal and unfortunately we are unable to view when the renewal will be processed. We are unable to process refunds on renewals. Our terms of service states we have a 14 day refund policy on the first initial payment. We are very sorry for any inconvenience this might have caused you. I called my credit card company and they are disputing this but also PayPal said even if my credit card company gives me my money back that I will still owe the money through PayPal again how is this legal? I have never heard of such an absurd thing in my 55 years of life. BBB please look into this company because this is not legal how they are going about this. There response to me was they can only give a refund on the i rial order not on a reoccurring order. I contacted them via email as they have no phone number and they are refusing to give me my money back because they (discovery k12) set this account up thru PayPal as reoccurring without my permission or knowledge. They just charged my credit card 10/31/22 for another year without my approval.

Anyway I paid for their online platform thru PayPal last year. Some parts of the curriculum was really good others completely missed the **** but we muddled our way thru it last year and had already decided to not use them and send our student to private school this year.

We used discovery k12 last year for homeschool curriculum. Utilizing the transcript application or printing any certificates of completion may revoke any prior reason for refunds and will be non-negotiable to the previously stated terms within the initial 14-day PayPal subscription. You also understand and agree that we are not responsible for any NSF (non-sufficient funds) fees, overdraft, or overdrawn bank accounts fees. Instructions for canceling subscriptions are inside your PayPal account. You may manage your Parent/Teacher Account subscription inside your PayPal account.
